Payments

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit cards as forms of payments.

Shipping

Orders take 2-3 weeks because we meticulously handcraft our creations. Packages are shipped via the United States Postal Service (USPS), United Parcel Service (UPS) available at an additional charge.

Refund Policy

We do not allow cash refunds. We carefully inspect our creations and guarantee the quality of our merchandise. If however you should find substantial flaws or defects, we will replace the item.

Returns

If there should be a problem with your order, please contact us immediately. Please check all items in your shipment carefully. Notification of any problem must be made within 7 days after receipt of your order. No returns will be accepted without prior notification and authorization.

Tarnishing

Tarnishing of your Sterling Silver jewelry is due to natural chemical reactions or perspiration levels, which vary in every individual. For cleaning your jewelry, we suggest a polishing cloth we sell for $5.00, use appropriate metal cleaners like Tarnex or we can professionally polish your jewelry for a nominal charge.
