U-PIN #247 is the plainest of the 6 Basic Double Prong Type Hairpins with an arch top, no decorative design and tapering prongs. The 6 Basic Hairpins (U-PIN, PADDLE, HORSESHOE, HORSESHOE II, WAVES and WAVES II) can be pushed in and buried or hidden in a French Roll or Bun because of the simple arch top that allows the hair through the prongs.  U-PIN #247 is an excellent starter Hairpin that will securely hold your hair when correctly inserted, it is a must have in your collection.
 ALL our Hairpins are slightly curved to fit the shape of the head for comfort and safety as the prongs won’t stick out to poke you or someone else. They are handmade in “Regular Wire” for fine to medium thick hair or “Heavy Duty Wire” for very thick and long hair. ALL Hairpins are custom-made in Brass, Copper or Sterling Silver Wire for many hair types, textures and length.
